This 3D plaster sculpture expresses the idea that no one is alone in their mental health and learning struggles. Inspired by my own experiences, the piece reflects the support I have found in others who face similar challenges. The hands symbolize empathy, care, and human connection, while the brain represents the internal realities of mental health and learning disabilities. Together, these elements emphasize the importance of shared understanding and the comfort that comes from knowing others are there to support you.
